Entrepreneurship & Business Innovation Pathway

The Entrepreneurship & Business Innovation Pathway empowers learners with the essential knowledge and practical foundations needed to start, manage, and grow a business. Designed for refugees and vulnerable youth with creative ideas, economic ambitions, or leadership potential, this pathway introduces modern entrepreneurship concepts, idea generation strategies, business planning fundamentals, and the mindset needed to innovate in today’s competitive world.
Through accessible Coursera courses by leading global institutions, learners build the confidence and strategic thinking skills needed to turn ideas into viable ventures, create value within their communities, and participate meaningfully in digital and local economies.

Requirements for the Program

  • Must be a refugee or vulnerable youth supported by RYCM.
  • Access to a smartphone, tablet, or laptop with internet connection.
  • Commitment to learning for 4 months and completing assignments.
  • Basic English understanding (supported by transcripts and captions).
  • No prior business experience required.

  • Knowledge and confidence to launch a small venture, community project, or digital service.
  • Eligibility to join an additional pathway within the Global Digital Pathways Program.
