Creative & Professional Skills Pathway

The Creative & Professional Skills Pathway is designed to equip learners with modern digital creativity skills and essential workplace competencies needed in today’s competitive job market. Through high-quality Coursera courses developed by top universities and industry leaders, learners develop communication abilities, design literacy, professional writing skills, project-management habits, and the confidence needed to thrive in creative and administrative roles. This pathway is perfect for youth who want to build digital content skills, strengthen communication, or prepare for roles in design, administration, marketing, or creative freelancing.

Requirements for the Program

  • Must be a refugee or vulnerable youth within RYCM’s target communities.
  • Ability to commit to at least 4 months of consistent online learning.
  • Access to a smartphone, tablet, or laptop with basic internet connectivity.
  • Basic English reading ability (courses are in English, but transcripts are available).
  • Motivation to complete assignments, quizzes, and skill-building activities.
